Overview
Large ID at Distal Tip
Decreases pressure and improves flow during dye injection.

Radiopaque Marker
Allows for identification of balloon under fluoro and x-ray, avoiding confusion with a gallstone.

Balloon
Increases slip resistance and firmly anchors catheter within cystic duct, visually confirming location of catheter tip and anatomy. After cholangiogram, balloon can also be advanced into common duct for transcystic removal of duct stones.

Scoop Tip Design
Allows for easy insertion of catheter into the cystic duct. Curved introducer allows for easier alignment of catheter within duct and passage through valves.
