Aspen Surgical Products, Inc., Acquires Bard-Parker™ Surgical Blades and Scalpels Business from BD

On January 31, 2011 all remaining business functions for Bard-Parker™ Surgical Blades and Scalpels will be transferred from Becton Dickinson to Aspen Surgical. This includes Ordering, Accounting, Customer Service, and Sales functions. Part numbers and pricing for these items will remain unchanged until further notice. All domestic GPO and Distributor relationships have been transferred. If you were previously purchasing through a distributor or dealer, you may continue to do so going forward.
